Order Processing & Shipping

Each order is personally prepared with care. Please allow 5–7 business days for handling and shipping. During holiday seasons, handling and delivery may take 7–12 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

Shipping Charges

All orders are shipped securely via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your delivery location and the most accurate UPS rates available at the time of your order.

For our international clients, additional charges such as customs duties, tariffs, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. PK Jewels is not affiliated with or able to adjust these fees, as they vary by destination.
